GENERAL RULES

  1. The maximum participants per batch is 20
  2. The participants must attend offline sessions at VS3 NUTRITION CENTER morning by 7 to 8 and evening by 5 to 6
  3. Minimum physical workout for 20 minutes, healthy lifestyle tips for 20 minutes everyday both morning and evening
  4. Both breakfast and dinner will be prepared and eat at VS3 NUTRITION CENTER
  5. Participants are trained to lose weight through healthy eating and exercise.
  6. Daily both morning and evening weight must be recorded, often with a witness or in a professional setting
  7. Eliminate sugary drinks, processed foods, and high-calorie snacks
  8. Drink at least one liters of water per 20 kg body weight daily.
  9. Aim for regular physical activity to burn approximately
